A Recovery Coach has either lived or learnt, mental health knowledge and experience.

Your Recovery Coach can assist you in many ways, for example:

Spending time with you and people who are important to you, to get to know you and understand your needs.

Taking the time to help you understand your NDIS plan and goals, alongside the supports you have been funded to receive.

Gain a better understanding of the NDIS and support you when talking to the NDIS.

Exploring the different disability specific and mainstream supports available to you, to establish which supports you might want to access.

Connecting with these identified services and supports, ensuring you have the support you need, to remain connected.

Ensuring you are getting the most appropriate support from your mental health service providers.
